Sondaggio annuale sulle tendenze del fitness di ACSM’s Health & Fitness Journal ® (FIT)
La novità del sondaggio di quest’anno (13ma edizione) è stata l’inclusione di potenziali nuove tendenze come la realtà virtuale, la comunità interventista e Access Pass (nessuno dei quali ha fatto le prime 20 tendenze).
Alcune precisazioni come la formazione di gruppo di grandi dimensioni (utilizzata in precedenti indagini) è stata definita come formazione di gruppo per più di cinque partecipanti.
Gli allenamenti di danza sono stati cambiati in allenamenti basati sulla danza, perché molte volte la danza è inclusa in una routine, ma non è l’allenamento totale.
